Socotra Gate conducted a meeting with one of the goddesses of the sea, the fisherman, Jamil Ahmad Abla Naseeb, head of the Qalansiyah fish production site and one of the major fishermen in the city.

Jamil bin Naseeb recounts, saying: The life of the fisherman in Ramadan, especially the fisherman of Socotra, starts from the morning hours until four in the afternoon, at a rate of 12 hours a day, to provide the fasting people with fresh fish.

He added in Haditha: Some of the fishermen are looking for whiting fish, some of them hunt sharks, and others hunt sharks, such as the colt, grouper, and other types of fatty and fresh fish, in response to the demand of the people and the market.

Bin Naseeb continues to tell his story, saying: The Socotra fisherman lives special details in Ramadan, as part of his production is distributed free of charge to his relatives and mercies, his neighbors and the needy, as well as to those who receive him on the beach, and the other part of the production is sold to the merchants of the people of the city and in turn they sell it in the public market, who flock to To him the people to take their need of fresh fish.
