Ataya Model School organized a scientific and exploratory trip for the students at the beginning of the first semester of the year 2021-2022.
This trip, in which 60 male and female students from different grades participated, came to familiarize the students with the characteristics and advantages of the Dihmeri Marine Reserve and to enjoy playing in the Delesha Park.
Ms. Amal Saeed, the School Principal, gave the students participating in the trip an introductory explanation about the Dihmeri Marine Reserve, which represents a natural museum due to its great diversity of different marine life, coral reefs and beautiful ornamental fish, which gives astonishment to all who visited it.
She also touched upon that the reserve has beautiful coastlines that vary between sandy and rocky, and it was also considered one of the active reserves on the tourist side, which is always visited by tourists from all countries of the world to learn about and explore its nature.
While the students participating in the trip expressed their great happiness with this trip, which gave them the opportunity to learn about one of the important environmental and tourist attractions in Socotra, in addition to its various recreational programs, which met with great interaction among them, spending a beautiful day filled with joy and pleasure.
