Ataya Model School in Socotra holds the Curriculum Competition for the 2021-2022 Academic Year

Ataya Model School for Primary Education in Socotra Governorate organized a curriculum competition among its classes last Thursday.

All students participated in the competition, which was part of the school’s activities, amid the students’ joy in the competitive atmosphere that prevailed in the school.

On the first day of the competition, Division C of the first grade, Division B of the second grade and Division B of the third grade, who would compete on the final day for the first place, qualified for the final stage of the competition.

Ms. Amal Saeed, Ataya Model School Principal, explained that the competition was implemented within the school’s administrative plan emanating from the annual plan of the Education Office, pointing out that the school was keen to hold the scientific competition annually because of its importance in refining students’ abilities and providing them with the opportunity to compete, excel and prove themselves, in addition to It works on developing morals and educational values ​​as it gives the student self-confidence.

Nouran Samir, Teacher at Ataya Model School, indicated that the questions of the competition included what the students have acquired in terms of academic knowledge and information, and she added that such competitions created a distinguished scientific climate that activates the student, developed awareness and motivates him to turn to education.

The students participating in the competition expressed their thanks and gratitude to the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for its continuous support to the school, including today the systematic competition held by the school. Perseverance and giving them an opportunity to showcase their talents and scientific abilities outside the classroom.
