The Archipelago Lighting Project, which was funded by the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation in Socotra Governorate, completed the last phase of lighting of 20th Street in the center of the capital, Hadiboh, which would extend from a candlelight tour along the street.
The installation of lighting for 20th Street added an aesthetic splendor to the area, which was considered as one of the vital areas on the island, which included a number of government institutions, shops and public competition areas.
The lighting installation was of great importance in improving the aesthetic view of the street, contributing to enhancing security and stability, and maintaining the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
The lighting gave a decoration to the street in this holy month and to help citizens move better during the late hours.
