During the honorary ceremony for the distinguished students and teacher for the academic year 2019 -2020 Administration of Al Zahraa Secondary School presented an honorary shield as appreciation to Khalifa Foundation for the outstanding effort in supporting the education sector in the Socotra Archipelago.
Mr. Mohamed Moaaz, Principal of Al Zahraa Secondary School, commended the great support by Khalifa Foundation in reviving the education process in schools of Socotra including Al Zahraa Secondary School.
He also highlighted that support of Khalifa Foundation was not limited to the honoring ceremony, as the Foundation supported Al Zahraa Secondary School with teachers from abroad to exchange experiences with the local staff in addition to filling the gap through contracting with graduates of people of Socotra and other Yemeni governorates.
He also concluded that loyalty, appreciation and gratitude by the people of Socotra would not be enough to thank Khalifa Foundation for the great support.
