During the first match of Group 3 of Nujed Football Championship, which was presented by Ahmed Hazoom, President of Football Association in Socotra; and Saleh Ali, Secretary of Football Association, Al Jomhoor won against Al Ahli by two goals for one with large audience, who were full of spirit of sport and competition.
The two teams showed a great competition spirit with various attacks by both team. Al Jomhoor scored its first goal in minute 6, and Al Ahli tried to return to match and score a goal. Al Jomhoor scored another goal in minute 16 in the same half.
During the second half, Al Jomhoor tried to maintain its advance, but Al Ahli scored its goal in minute 54 to get the competition high. Al Jomhoor succeeded to win 3 points in the beginning of its course to be on the top of Group 3.
The match was managed by Mahfouz Khamis, Field Referee; Khalid Thani; first assistant referee; Ihab Yahia, second assistant referee; Khamis Shaikhan, Fourth Referee; and Ahmed Ali, as monitor referee.
It was decided that the second match of Group 3 would be between Radfan and Al Etihad tomorrow.
