Last Monday, based on the scholarships provided by Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, Ajman University held an introductory workshop for the male and female students coming from Socotra and living in the United Arab Emirates. The workshop included a detailed explanation of all majors available in the University. The University staff accompanied the male and female students in the introductory workshop with Ali Saad Al Shibani, Identifier of Socotra, and representatives of Khalifa Foundation, in addition to Ahmed Al Maaoli and AbdelHaleem Jamaan, coordinators.
At the end of the workshop, Ali Al Shibani addressed a statement of thanking and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates led by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince, for the unlimited support in all fields.
In this regard, the male and female students expressed their happiness for this opportunity provided by Khalifa Foundation. They assured that they would cooperate with other students to support development and progress in Socotra.
