- Healthy Diet
The balanced diet contains all nutrients that the body needs, and helps in protection of people during the year.
- Eating Fruits and Vegetables in and between Main Meals
Fruits are very important in relation with protecting from flu, and vegetables in the second place as they contain vitamins and metals that help in activating the immune system.
- Warm-help Drinks
Hot drinks of most plants are helpful in protection from flu and different diseases in addition to helping in quick recovery.
- Good Sleep
Good sleep is very important for feeling of comfort and strengthening the immune system. Therefore, it is important to determine regular sleep times in addition to drinking a cup of milk before sleeping.
- Hygiene
Hygiene is a main factor to avoid viruses and infections; therefore, it is important to wash hands regularly before eating and after using bathroom or touching tools and surfaces in public places. In addition, he advices using tissues when sneezing and throwing them in bins. It is important to take care of hygiene of children including body and clothes.
- Regular Sport Practicing
Studies confirmed that physical activities help in strengthening the immune system and protecting body from daily exhaust. Therefore, it is important to practice a sport such as walking for half an hour a day.
