As unprecedented activity, Khalifa Foundation launched new additional courses for students of Qalansiyah Secondary School in line with support of Khalifa Foundation to education sector in the Socotra Archipelago and promotion of curriculums such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology.
This step were largely welcomed by all people, who commended the great effort by Khalifa Foundation in education sector. Mr. Essa Salem Saad, Principal of Qalansiyah Secondary School, highlighted that launching new courses for students and supporting education sector in Socotra would result in academic improvement. He also added that it would improve levels of students to acquire knowledge.
In turn, Mr. Mohamed Hanafi, teaching staff, expressed his thanks to Khalifa Foundation that enable students to acquire knowledge as well as important lessons and essentials. He also expressed gratitude to Khalifa Foundation for concerning with supporting the educational process in the Socotra Archipelago.
Socotra Online was present to reflect feedback of students and their impressions of happiness for such opportunity, which would increase knowledge acquisition. Student Awatef Jameel Khamis expressed her happiness for such free of charge educational opportunity and thanked Khalifa Foundation and the United Arab Emirates for concerning with education.
