In amidst of love, joy, happiness and family gathering, mothers were gathered with their children in a celebration in Ataya Model School in the Mother’s Day. The celebrations, songs and dances carried out by children were the most distinguished actions to express their feeling and celebration of this day.
The attending audience was very happy for these dances and songs that honored the role of the mother. Furthermore, the children love and congratulation cards for mothers expressing real love feelings with words of “Happy Mother’s Day”
The celebration included many events that made everyone happy, which included many forms of arts and drawings such as coloring and 3D drawings.
Ms. Amal Al Said, Principal of Ataya Model School, said that this celebration was in line with promotion of values that strengthen the role of the mother in addition to the continuous support by the mother to family members.
In this regard, the mothers of Socotra expressed their happiness and joy for implementation of these programs and events relating to celebration of mother’s day.
It is worth noting that this celebration was in line with the permanent and fruitful cooperation between the school and families.
