In line with the target to arrive to all districts and villages that face lack of drinking water in Socotra, the Emirates Red Crescent assures its concern with continuation of “Suqia” initiative during the holy month of Ramadan.
The tankers arrived to Ablehen in the west of Socotra today to provide the people with clean drinking water and end their suffering in relation with provision of water.
In this regard, the people of the district expressed their happiness and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates and the Emirates Red Crescent for their continuous effort in the Socotra Archipelago.
