Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation provided Muri district in Socotra with electricity from Sheikh Zayed Station 3 –Year of Tolerance, since Muri was considered as one of the main destination of governmental facilities as it was close Socotra International Airport.
The people of the district were very happy for the power project implemented by Dexim Power and Water Technology with support of Khalifa Foundation based on instructions from His Excellency Khalfan Al Mazrouei. The dream has become true.
Sheikh Ali Salem Mohamed, Sheikh of Muri, expressed appreciation to the United Arab Emirates represented by Khalifa Foundation and its Representative His Excellency Khalfan Al Mazrouei.
Saad Nahrahn Nafed expressed his thanks to the United Arab Emirates for its humanitarian activities, as the people of Muri finally could enjoy using electricity.
Mohamed Salem Mohamed expressed his happiness and joy to the leaders of the United Arab Emirates.
