Team of Khalifa Foundation distributed 1,300 food baskets to the people of Qalansiyah in Socotra, which included main foodstuff and consumer goods.
This distribution was in line with instructions of His Excellency Khalfan Al Mazrouei, Representative of Khalifa Foundation, aiming at quick extension and operation of power network in Qalansiyah when arrived on last Monday.
It was worth noting that the food assistance in Qalansiyah was a start of an objective of distribution of 13,000 food baskets across Socotra.
In this regard, the people of Qalansiyah thanked Khalifa Foundation for its initiative that would help the needy people in Socotra to arrange their needs.
